1] Update Roku
This issue is something almost all the Roku users were experiencing, therefore, they have released an update that will help you fix the issue. We recommend updating the firmware of your Roku and restarting it. So, if you want to install the update then these are the things you need to do. Wait for the update to be downloaded. Then open YouTube on Roku and see if the issue is resolved.

If you are not able to sign in to YouTube then maybe you are dealing with an Internet issue. So, to confirm this, check other devices connected to your network. If they are experiencing similar bandwidth then you need to power cycle your Network devices (steps mentioned hereinafter) and if the issue persists, contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

You should power-cycle your network devices once in a while and if you are seeing some network issue then now is the time you need to restart those devices. Follow the given steps to do the same.
